The Teen Program
White Rabbit's teen ceramic arts program is a dedicated small-group experience for young people navigating one of the most uncertain periods of their lives. In a world that asks them to move fast and perform constantly, the studio offers something rare: a place to slow down, work with their hands, and discover what they're capable of making.
Groups are intentionally small, so every student receives genuine individual attention. Morgan works with each teen where they are, reading different learning styles, abilities, and starting points. Students who have never seen themselves as artists often find a different story here.
The program is designed to serve the broader Palm Springs community, with particular intention toward teens from underserved backgrounds for whom access to serious arts education is limited. Creative confidence built in the studio tends to travel well beyond it.

“I remember picking up my kids after their first pottery class with Morgan: excitement, clay, chatter, laughing, and more clay. Morgan quickly discerned the various learning styles and approached each child as an individual. One child, recently adopted with limited English, tentatively approached the clay — and soon a creative force took hold. Her new confidence allowed her to forget her limited English and chatter freely in this accepting, safe environment.”
